Compensation: $55,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
At Pittman Physical Therapy, our mission is to empower every individual to live their best life—now and in the future—through movement, education, and compassionate care.
We were founded on the belief that healthcare should never feel impersonal or restrictive. From our very first 1,700-square-foot clinic in Collierville to our expanding presence across West Tennessee and North Mississippi, we’ve been guided by a simple truth: movement is medicine, and people come before processes.
Our team is committed to:
- Caring Beyond the Injury: treating the whole person, not just the diagnosis, and walking with our patients through every stage of healing.
- Rolling With It: adapting with creativity, resilience, and humor in an ever-changing healthcare landscape.
- Powerhouse Mentality: pushing ourselves and our patients to build strength, confidence, and independence.
- Stronger Together: fostering a collaborative, family-like environment where patients and staff alike feel at home.
- Owning It: taking responsibility for outcomes, celebrating victories, and learning from challenges.
We see success not only in goals met and pain relieved, but in the stories we help write—whether it’s a firefighter returning to duty, a parent playing ball with their child again, or a patient celebrating a 100th birthday surrounded by friends and family.
As we grow, our vision is to become the primary care provider for musculoskeletal health, offering holistic, non-invasive solutions that prevent surgery, promote longevity, and keep communities moving. Through innovation, leadership development, and relentless dedication, we will continue to be a trusted partner for generations to come.
Pittman Physical Therapy is more than a clinic—it’s a legacy of trust, compassion, and movement.
