We are an expanding outpatient physical therapy company specializing in orthopedics and sports medicine, serving the Hot Springs and Hot Springs Village communities. Responsibilities:
- Implement and modify individualized physical therapy interventions
- Instruct and coach patients through therapeutic exercises and activities
- Accurately document patient progress and maintain treatment records
- Collaborate with Physical Therapists to monitor outcomes and adjust care plans
- Participate in patient assessments and progress reporting
- Stay updated with the latest therapy techniques and clinical practices
- Demonstrate compassion, professionalism, and commitment to patient care
Qualifications:
- Associate Degree in Physical Therapy Assisting (Required)
- Active Arkansas PTA license (Required)
- CPR Certification (Preferred)
- Minimum 1 year of outpatient orthopedic experience preferred (but not required – we welcome motivated new graduates!)
- Strong communication, teamwork, and patient interaction skills
- Ability to perform therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and functional training techniques
