We specialize in orthopedic physical therapy and offer cutting-edge tools like TrackMan Golf Simulators, Gears 3D Motion Capture System, and a 3,000 sq ft gym and wellness facility to support our mission.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct patient evaluations tailored to age, illness, injury, or condition
- Develop individualized plans of care and communicate treatment goals
- Implement and adjust care plans, coordinating with support staff
- Monitor and track key performance metrics to support clinic success
- Contribute positively to team culture, solving challenges proactively
- Create an environment that is friendly, welcoming, and professional
- Go above and beyond to ensure an outstanding patient experience
Qualifications:
- Doctorate or Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy (Required)
- Active Physical Therapy License in the State of Arkansas (Required)
- CPR Certification (Preferred)
- 1–3 years of outpatient orthopedic experience preferred (new graduates welcome with mentorship available)
- Strong communication, documentation, and teamwork skills
- Hands-on experience with therapeutic exercises, functional training, and physical modalities
